Cottage Door Press has added a Disney Princess Friendship Stories figurine to its Luna StoryTime projector range. The cartridge includes eight stories and five songs featuring Belle, Cinderella, Mulan, Rapunzel, Tiana and Ariel; price, release date and detailed availability were not provided in the source report.
Cottage Door Press has introduced a Disney Princess Friendship Stories figurine for its Luna StoryTime projector, adding eight stories and five songs featuring Disney characters including Belle, Cinderella, Mulan, Rapunzel, Tiana and Ariel. The cartridge expands the projector’s story options for families, though the source report did not specify its price or release date.
The new figurine is designed to be placed on the Luna StoryTime projector, which displays illustrated scenes and animations as children listen to stories. Cottage Door Press says the Disney Princess stories focus on kindness, courage and teamwork. The cartridge also includes five songs inspired by the characters and stories.
The six princesses named in the report are Belle, Cinderella, Mulan, Rapunzel, Tiana and Ariel. The source describes the figurine as collectible, but does not provide details about its materials, dimensions, age grading, or whether it will be sold as a standalone item or through particular retailers.
The report says children using the Luna StoryTime projector can experience more than 750 image projections and smooth animations. That figure describes the projector experience; the source does not say that all 750 images are included in the Disney Princess cartridge. Cottage Door Press lists other Luna character figurines based on properties including Daniel Tiger, Sesame Street and Barbie.
A New Disney Option for Luna
The launch brings a familiar Disney franchise to a projector-based storytelling product, giving families another themed cartridge to use with the Luna StoryTime system. Its eight stories and five songs may appeal to households already using the projector, while the princess characters and themes offer a recognizable entry point for young listeners.
For buyers, the key practical question is compatibility: the figurine is described as a Luna StoryTime cartridge, so it is intended for use with the company’s projector rather than as a standalone storybook or audio product. The announcement also adds another licensed property to a range that already includes several children’s entertainment brands. The source does not establish expected sales, customer demand, or any broader commercial impact.
